The designer "TI KWA / Ti Kwa" based in Paris developing their high-class eyewear brand "RIGARDS / Legers” in Japan and the USA. The biggest feature is "natural horn frame" using natural buffalo horn which was manually processed by RIGARDS craftsmen. RIGARDSs eyewear carefully created by hand craft as mass-produced eyeglasses overflowing in machines.
